The plants of the Artemisia genus, so typical of our region, were used to flavour beer in ancient times. We are now bringing this beverage back to its origins, alongside another Mediterranean product, carob, a defining feature of this blend, in an ode to our ancestral culture. Artemisia and carob come together to recreate an age-old and unknown pleasure for the palate: rupestrine beer.
Daurada is the universal beer, refreshing on the attack and all the way through, with an elegantly persistent palate. The presence of the carob can be seen in the aged golden colour of this beer, in the very first swirl. The first sip delivers the sweetness of the carob, which is offset by the bitterness of the mugwort and Cascade, our selected hops. The palate offers a tinge of carob, combined with the cool crispness of young grass and mugwort. This landscape beer is ideal to enjoy while relaxing with friends.
